Integrating Whale Transaction Flow Scoring with LSTM for Bitcoin Trend Forecasting

Develops a two-layer LSTM model that fuses whale transaction sentiment scores with historical OHLC prices to forecast 7-day Bitcoin movements. Trained on 2,069 whale transactions and 8,761 hourly observations (Apr 2024 – Apr 2025), the model achieved R² 0.9386 and successfully captured directional trends, demonstrating that on-chain whale activity provides complementary predictive value beyond conventional price-volume indicators.
